These terms describe the rules of using NeuroSync — the angel-like nervous-system console that lives in your browser. We've written this in human language so you actually understand what you're agreeing to.

1. What NeuroSync is (and isn't)

NeuroSync is a digital tool that helps you track mood, energy, micro-actions and nervous-system patterns. It offers education, reflections and AI-generated prompts to support self-awareness and regulation.

NeuroSync is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, emergency support or professional diagnosis. If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, please contact your local emergency services or a trusted professional immediately.

2. Who may use NeuroSync

By using this app you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity that happens in your account.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Use NeuroSync for personal wellness and productivity only.
  • Don't upload harmful, hateful, illegal or abusive content.
  • Don't try to break, reverse engineer or attack the service.
  • Don't share other people's private information without their consent.

If we detect abuse or behaviour that risks other users or the system, we may suspend or terminate access.

4. Our responsibilities

We work to keep NeuroSync online, secure and improving over time. However, we can't promise the service will be available 100% of the time or completely free of bugs.

Features may change, be added or removed as the product grows. We will always aim to keep the experience calm, non-shaming and aligned with nervous-system safety.

5. Data, AI & content

Some parts of NeuroSync are powered by AI models. These models can occasionally be inaccurate or make suggestions that do not fit your situation. You agree to use your own judgment and not treat outputs as professional, medical or legal advice.

Content you enter (moods, notes, goals) is stored to provide your dashboard, streaks and insights. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to understand overall patterns and improve the app, but we do not sell your personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Ending or changing this agreement

You are free to stop using NeuroSync at any time. If you wish to have your account or data removed, you can contact support@aineuro-sync.com and we'll guide you through the process where legally possible.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where changes are significant, let you know inside the app.
